Dear Public Records Officer: This is a request pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250, et seq.

Copies of the following documents are requested: Mailing list used by Bay Relations, under contract under an Agreement entered 2/1/99, with the San Mateo County Community College District, which was used in the mailing of two brochures under the Districts Non Profit Organization Permit No. 27, San Mateo, CA.

The request is for names and addresses, in electronic or ascii text form, as actually used on the mailings.
